MICAH LANCASTER 2011 SUMMER PROGRAMS
at MONROE SPORTS CENTER

June 27th-June 30th 9am-3pm or
August 1st-August 4th 9am-3pm

When a player comes to a Micah Lancaster camp, they will experience much of the same advanced teaching and instruction as are offered at Nike Skill Academies and NBA pre-draft workouts, but broken down in a progressive form that every player can handle no matter their age or skill level. They will also participate in a film session daily to watch the teaching points and moves they have learned and to learn how to become true students of the game for more lasting results.  The film sessions summarize the true purpose of the camp – to teach players how to train on their own!

Friday August 5th, 9am-noon or 1pm-4pm

Most players don’t need to change their shot. They just need to tweak a few small details. Micah Lancaster’s One-Day Shooting Clinic emphasizes the importance of proper shot technique but without going overboard. The truth is many players in today’s game are great shooters despite “bad mechanics. Considering that what might work for some doesn’t always work for everybody, this one-day shooting camp focuses on both shooting mechanics and “game repetition.”

with Olympic trainer Carl Poe and NCAA Slam Dunk Champ Jacob Tucker
June 27th-June 30th 4pm-5:30pm or
August 1st-August 4th 4pm-5:30pm

The problem with most vertical jump programs (besides outrageous claims) is that they are not progressive and comprehensive. They only focus on training one area of your body to improve vertical jump. There are so many gizmos and gadgets that also claim to help your vertical jump it is difficult to know who is telling the truth and which products actually work.

Now you can get a vertical jump program that is comprehensive and will help you reach your full vertical jump potential. If you are one, this program will prepare your body for the future. If your future is now, you’ll get those extra inches you need to dunk the basketball. If you are already throwing it down, you can get the inches you need to dunk on people in games with trainers Micah Lancaster, Olympic Trainer Carl Poe, and YouTube Sensation/NCAA Slam dunk champ Jacob Tucker.

Saturday, August 6th
Boys 7th-12th grade from 10am-noon
Girls 7th-12 grade from 1pm-3pm

Due to popular demand, Micah is offering a semi-private lesson limited to only 10 players.  Micah will have an opportunity to personalize and work closely with each player in this small group.
