I hereby release Monroe Sports Center and their employees from all liability, damages and injury arising out of or resulting from any use of or presence at Monroe Sports Center. The applicant agrees to pay legal/insurance fees incurred by MSC in its attempt to defend itself from any and all action related to this application. Tournament registration is complete once the full application fee has been received by MSC, and there are no refunds for any reason once the registration fee has been received. Amateur players (current high school and collegiate players) will not be eligible for any cash prizes.
