MSK Lacrosse Tournament Rules

 

  • 7v7 - 2-2-2 plus a goalie. All teams must have a goalie.
  • Face off after each goal.
  • Over and back rule after 10 seconds in the offensive zone. No count to get over half field.
  • 2 - 20 minute running-time halves 
  • One 30 second time-out per half is allowed.
    • Not in the last 2 minutes of the each half
  • All players must be properly equipped with standard outdoor lacrosse equipment.
    • Including Mouthpiece
  • All Fouls are time serving
    • THERE IS NO BODY CHECKING - may result in Game expulsion
    • Technical - 30 seconds
    • Personal - 1 minute
    • Penalty time will start when play starts with the officials whistle.
  • No trainer - will be an AED and ice on site
