All players must select one of the following options in order to be placed in the pool of players to be selected onto a Spring/Summer 2020 CJ Hawks Team:​
 
1. NEW Players: This includes all players who have never played for a CJ Hawks team in the past. All NEW players MUST attend tryouts.
Tryout fee: $20 if paid in advance, $35 at the door
 
2. PREVIOUS Players: This includes all players who are currently playing on a CJ Hawks Fall/Winter 2018-19 team OR players who have played for a CJ Hawks team in the past. All PREVIOUS players MUST attend tryouts. 
Tryout fee: $0 if paid in advance, $10 at the door

The tryout fee does not get applied to the team fee

Central Jersey Hawks West Tryout Information:

  • Tryouts listed above are for CJ Hawks Elite Basketball teams that will include the Spring & Summer 2020 seasons (March-August 20120)

  • The tryout dates on this page are for teams based out of the Western locations (West Windsor, Princeton). Most practices and many league games will be in either West Windsor, Princeton or other Western locations

  • All players will be invited back to a 1st practice for a team at their age group. Scroll to the bottom of this page for the 1st practice dates and times for each age group. 

  • We will be selecting a maximum of 2 CJ Hawks West teams per age group.  These teams will be tiered based on skill level.  The top 8-12 players at each age group will make the Red team and the next 8-12 will make the Navy team.

  • Any player not selected for any of the CJ Hawks teams at their age group will be guaranteed a spot on a Spring 2020 MSC Hawks Developmental Basketball team. These teams are also based out of Western locations.
