MSC Summer Camps:

We are now accepting registrations for all of the following summer camps at Monroe Sports Center:

• Tennis Day Camp: 6 weeks, 10am-3pm
• QuickStart Tennis Camp: 6 weeks, 9-10am
• Adult Tennis Camp II: Aug 16-20
• HS Girls Prep Camp: 3 weeks, 9am-noon 
• Advanced Tennis Academy: M,W 6-9pm
• Night Tennis Camp: 6 weeks, 6:30-8pm
• Basketball Day Camp: 3 weeks, 9am-3pm

Fall 2010 Tennis Clinic Schedule: 
The schedule for the 12 week Fall Tennis Clinics has been released.  Fall 2010 Tennis Clinics begin the week of Sept 7 and run for 12 weeks.  Click here for the schedule of Adult and Junior Tennis Clinics.  Sign up NOW to lock in your spot.

Summer Tennis Season Began June 21: 
MSC is offering a summer unlimited tennis package. Members pay a one-time fee of $175 ($250 non-members) and can play tennis as many times as they want for FREE throughout the summer tennis season (June 21-Sept 5).  

Summer Adult Tennis Clinics Begin July 5: 
Continue working with the MSC tennis staff in our new 8 week Summer Adult Tenins Program.  All clinics begin the week of July 5 and run for 8 consecutive weeks.  Click here for list and schedule of summer tennis clinics.

No babysitter on staff in the summer: 
MSC will not have a babysitter on staff during the summer season.  If you would like a babysitter, please contact MSC to scheduled in advance.

New Email for Makeups:
If you are going to miss a clinic, please email makeups@monroesportscenter.com at least 24 hours in advance to receive a makeup. Monroe Sports Center is NOT responsible for providing make-ups or issuing refunds and/or credits for classes missed as a result of client illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or other events beyond our control. NO EXCEPTIONS! Makeups can only be used if there is less than 4 players on the court. There is a limit of 3 makeups per session. Makeups MUST be used during the session that they were missed. There is NO credit issued toward future clinic sessions for missed clinic sessions. Makeups are NOT guaranteed.

Sept 2010-June 2011 Tennis Season: 
Lock in your court time for next tennis season now.  The 2010-2011 tennis season begins Tues Sept 7 and runs for 36 weeks.  We are now accepting deposits for season courts.

A discount of 10% is still available, so lock in your court time by paying the deposit now.  Court time last season filled up very quickly and this season is filling at an even faster rate.  The only way to guarantee the time you want is to book a season court now.

Birthday Parties:

Call now to book a birthday party in the gym, on the tennis courts, or both.  Plus use the lobby, mezzanine or party room for pizza, cake, etc.  Click here for specific party packages.

Policy for Booking Courts

Tennis: Open tennis courts may be booked up to 7 days in advance.  In order to lock in the court, a credit card number or full payment for the court must be left with the reservation.  There are NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for canceled open courts within 24 hours of the court time.  If you cancel within 24 hours or don't show up, you will still be charged.  If you cancel the reservation prior to 24 hours before the court time, you will not be charged.   

Basketball: Gym Time will not be reserved without full payment or the appropriate non-refundable deposit (when applicable).  A credit card number can be used to hold the reservation.  There are NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS if the reservation is canceled within 7 days of the court time.  If you cancel or can't make it and do not let us know within 7 days of the court time, you will still be charged.
