If you are logging in for the first time, the system will ask you to create an account.  It will ask you to write your email and you may already be in the system.  If you are already in the system, click the button on top that says you have forgotten your password and use that to log in.  Once you are logged in, you can click the "Dash" button on the top left of the screen and you should see all outstanding invoices for you or any linked family members.  Click the invoice(s) you would like to pay and you can use Visa, Mastercard or Discover to pay online.
